Promo & Content Advisor
Job Purpose
A customer-focused role with a strong understanding of the retail business in Poland and customer needs. Responsible for supporting the execution of on-site promotions, primarily within the convenience channel, and developing engaging content for external communications and social media. The role aims to drive customer engagement, support business objectives, activate underperforming sites, and contribute to successful new site openings.
This role operates in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with internal teams, operational and convenience departments, suppliers, and marketing stakeholders. It combines customer offer management with creative communication across physical and digital channels while ensuring alignment with brand standards and current market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and implement all on-site point-of-sale materials across forecourts and shops, covering offers, services, and products.
- Manage and optimize digital screen content to maximize effectiveness and consistency.
- Develop content ideas and support activations through on-site, digital, social media, and app channels.
- Identify and test new opportunities to enhance customer engagement.
- Support social media activities, including content calendar creation, coordination with agencies, and assistance during crisis or unusual situations.
- Collaborate with central teams while adhering to brand guidelines and ways of working.
- Support site opening activities through standardized templates, local marketing initiatives, and tailored events.
- Manage budget-related processes, including invoice control and payment coordination.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a retail environment with high activity levels.
- Experience working with third-party partners, suppliers, and agencies.
- Experience in social media content creation and management, including product and promotional offer communication across digital and retail channels.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with influencers and digital content creators would be an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Point-of-sale execution and promotional implementation.
- Content creation for digital and social media channels.
- Budget management and supplier coordination.
- Understanding of retail marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of competitor monitoring and market trend analysis.
Education
- Higher level of secondary education.
- Degree preferred but not essential.
Additional Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Proactive mindset with a strong "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and challenge existing ways of working.
- Strong awareness of competitor activities and market trends.
