
Senior Analyst Insurance Operation
Job Description
Marsh is seeking a Senior Analyst, Insurance Operations to join our Insurance Operations function in Athens. Insurance Operations is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Marsh’s insurance solutions—providing administrative and technical support to client-facing colleagues and helping ensure timely, accurate completion of insurance servicing activities.
This role is well suited for an insurance operations professional who already understands the fundamentals of insurance policies and servicing, enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment, and can contribute quickly while continuing to grow as an individual contributor with support from more senior team members.
What you will be responsible for
- Deliver day-to-day insurance operations and servicing support aligned to internal procedures and service standards
- Complete a broad range of policy servicing and post-servicing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
- Process registrations, updates, and operational transactions in internal systems, maintaining high data quality and attention to detail
- Manage reminders, follow-ups, and documentation requirements to support smooth ongoing servicing and reduce operational risk
- Maintain and update insurance records and supporting documentation, ensuring completeness and audit-ready standards
- Respond to operational queries and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
- Identify exceptions, gaps, or errors, and escalate appropriately while proposing practical solutions and improvements
- Contribute to an environment with evolving priorities by staying organized, resilient, and focused on delivery
What you need to be successful
Required
- Prior experience in the insurance industry (insurance operations/servicing exposure is essential)
- Fluent Greek and English (written and verbal); Greek is mandatory native level for this role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, remain calm, and deliver with accuracy
- A proactive, accountable mindset—able to work independently while collaborating closely with the team
Preferred
- Approximately 3+ years of relevant insurance operations / servicing experience (candidates with 1–2 years may be considered if experience is strongly aligned)
- Experience within an insurance brokerage or similar insurance servicing environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- possession of insurance brokerage license
