Job Description

Typical Accountabilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of marketing campaigns. 
  • Collaborate in the development of promotional materials focused on the needs of the sales force, physicians, and patients, ensuring compliance with local and internal regulations. 
  • Monitor trends, competition, pricing, innovation, and market activities to identify growth opportunities. 
  • Lead the organization and logistics for scientific events with Medical Societies and/or the Sales Force, product launches, and promotional activities. 
  • Analyze market (sales, prescriptions, product share) and financial data to develop regular performance reports for the brand. 
  • Support relationship management with medical societies and key opinion leaders. 
  • Coordinate with internal areas such as sales, medical, commercial, regulatory affairs, market access, compliance, and communications to maximize the impact of brand initiatives. 
  • Manage the budget assigned to the brand and record marketing activities according to internal policies. 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. 
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing. 
  • Ability to analyze data (market, identify insights, and generate action proposals). 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. 
  • Strong prioritization skills. 
  • Intermediate-advanced English (desirable).
