Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an enthusiastic RDH to help deliver exceptional care and create healthy, confident smiles for our patients in Surprise, AZ.

Schedule:

Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule:

• Monday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Every Other Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. 
• An active state hygiene licence. 
• A current CPR/BLS certification 

 

What You’ll Do 

 

As a valued member of our clinical team, you will:

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.  
• Educate patients on oral health and home care practices.  
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver outstanding patient experiences.
• Stay current with new technologies.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients while promoting lifelong oral health

Compensation
