Reports to: Direct Mail Production Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Mailing
Location/Shift: Blue Ash, Ohio / 1st Shift

- Excellent eye for detail

- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Communicate effectively with internal teams
- Have an advanced knowledge of computers (knowledge of Pace and/or Prestige is a plus)
- Meet company and departmental standards, including: Customer Requirements, Compliance, Safety, Quality, etc.
- Follow Lahlouh ISO Quality Procedures and Work Instructions, and complete forms and checklists as necessary
- Follow Lahlouh policies outlined in the company handbook
- Work extended hours, as business needs dictate
- Perform other duties as required
- Attend and/or host company and department meetings
Position Specific Skills & Competencies:
- General knowledge of company workflow, advanced knowledge of department workflow and requirements
- Advanced knowledge of USPS rules and regulations and staying informed of any changes
- Create and maintain a schedule for the department and communicate the expected time to start and complete tasks
- Maintain job production statuses
- Utilize quality control check procedures
- Schedule 3rd party transportation services for mailings
- Review, follow, and question information provided – require clarity and consistency
- Be prepared to answer questions regarding jobs as well as communicate material needs in order to meet mailing drop dates
- Produce mailing production paperwork
- Monitor Mailing Department inventory, and create purchase requisitions to replenish inventory
- Create reports and/or provide feedback to upper management
- Communicate with USPS
- Assist with mailing handwork functions, as needed
- Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to operate a fork lift
Education:
- High school graduate/GED
