What You Can Expect

As a Zimmer Biomet full life-cycle Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent primarily in EMEA with additional support for global locations. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. You will support the technical hiring team that focuses on engineering, quality/regulatory and IT recruitment.

This is a fully remote, fixed-term maternity cover role for a period of 6 months. 

How You'll Create Impact

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
  • Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advice on market realities or alternatives.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Zimmer Biomet’s requirements, culture, and values.
  • Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for Zimmer Biomet and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate.
  • Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects. 

What Makes You Stand Out

  • 6+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Acquisition Advisor/Partner.
  • Experience as a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes. 
  • Experience hiring in the technical space (engineering, IT, quality, regulatory).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software. 
  • English fluency required.
  • Second language fluency required: French or Italian or Spanish.

Your Background

  • End-to-end recruitment exprience.
  • Strong sourcing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates. 
  • Influencing and negotiation skills.

Travel Expectations

The role is fully remote and no travel is required.
