Compensation/Benefits
- $27.83-$45.46/hr depending on previous work experience.

Job Summary
- Assesses the patient.
- Performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
- Assists physicians with procedures.
- Provides age specific patient care and education. Notifies appropriate staff of concerns regarding patient care or physician’s orders.
- Assists in the maintenance of patient ultrasound exam information.
- Assists in maintaining the unit in working order.
- Participates in quality management activities.
Qualifications
Education
- Associates degree in Ultrasound or equivalent as defined by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
Experience
- One year of experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration/ETC.
- American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) registered or obtain ARDMS/RDCS credential within one year of employment from hire date.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
