GBM - Bengaluru - Extended Managing Director - Software Engineering

As a Managing Director and Technical Lead within Global Banking & Markets (GBM), you will be a pivotal leader in the firm’s digital evolution. You will spearhead the modernization and AI-enablement of critical business functions: Client Onboarding Life Cycle, Prime Client Reporting, and the Counterparty Agreement space. This is a high-impact role requiring a "front-to-back" engineering mindset. You will be responsible for dismantling legacy technical debt and replacing it with a cloud-native, AI-first architecture on AWS. You will lead a global team of engineers across New York, Salt Lake City, London, and Bengaluru, fostering a culture of excellence, rapid delivery, and continuous innovation.
