About this Position What you´ll do Develop and execute the Pan-European Selective Retail strategy across key retail partners and markets Drive commercial growth, assortment strategy, launches, and omnichannel activation across the selective retail channel Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 direct reports, fostering high performance, capability building, and succession planning Own and steer business performance, including P L responsibility, forecasting, budgeting, and financial target delivery Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key customers, including Sephora and other selective retail accounts Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure successful execution and business growth Identify growth opportunities, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to achieve commercial and profitability targets
