Job ID: 2026-22290 Manage administrative work assigned by the lead as a backfill for a full-time employee who is on maternity leave, medical leave, or any other long absence. 6 months contract
Duties & Responsibilities Primarily responsible for the accurate and timely processing of any or all of the following requests, while ensuring compliance to protocols or guidelines o Health Screening pre-approval o TPA bill processing Escalates complaints to the lead, as directed Handle other tasks that may be assigned Education & Experience At least 5 years’ working experience, preferably in the Health Insurance or HMO business At AXA, each person matters
