Position Summary:
The Ship/Rec/Spec is responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting warehouse equipment. This role supports the accurate and efficient flow of goods through receiving, picking, kitting, and delivery support activities within an integrated computerized manufacturing environment. The position requires adherence to all applicable safety guidelines, quality requirements, and processing standards, while contributing to the overall effectiveness of warehouse operations.
Position Responsibilities:
Receive incoming goods by unloading merchandise properly and promptly.
Identify damaged merchandise and report discrepancies in accordance with established procedures.
Enter receiving data accurately into the system.
Pick customer orders efficiently and accurately for shipment, ensuring the correct quantity and type of products are selected.
Prepare picked orders for QA review and inspection.
Ensure picked goods are free of damage and foreign object debris (FOD).
Maintain the completeness and accuracy of all picked orders.
Support the kit build process to meet customer QA specifications.
Help manage buffer stock based on customer kit forecasts.
Support the daily delivery process in coordination with Program Admins, Sales, and Warehouse Management.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and performance.
Support the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of warehouse equipment as required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
2+ years’ experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or related operational environments.
Ability to work effectively in an integrated computerized manufacturing or warehouse system environment.
Physical ability to perform warehouse duties, including standing, walking, lifting, sorting, packing, and moving materials as required.
Fluent in Polish in writing and speaking.
Basic English skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience operating warehouse equipment.
Familiarity with shipping, receiving, picking, kitting, and inventory control processes.
Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of QA processes and warehouse best practices.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial logistics environment.
