Provide technical support and technical proposal to customers during product evaluation, integration, and deployment.
Collaborate with R&D, product, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Develop and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Create and maintain technical documentation including application notes, datasheets, and FAQs.
Support field sales teams with technical expertise during customer engagements and product promotions.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in application engineering, technical support, or product development, valve actuation product design.
Solid understanding of electronics, electric and automation control design, or software applications
Proficiency in design tools such as Solid Edge Solidworks, AutoCAD
Familiarity with communication protocols such as Profibus, CAN, and Ethernet.
Solid knowledge of Pneumatic and hydraulic design
