Why we need this role
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing a wide range of HR operational activities, with a primary focus on occupational health & safety administration and employee benefits management. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, supports a safe and healthy workplace, and maintains accurate HR data and processes. The position also includes coordination with the global headquarters (UK) and handling employee inquiries.
HR Generalistとして、安全衛生管理および福利厚生管理を中心に、人事オペレーション業務全般を担当します。法令遵守を前提とした安全衛生体制の運用、人事データ管理、社員対応を通じて、社員が安心して働ける職場環境の維持・向上に貢献します。加えて、グローバル本社(UK)へのレポーティングを含む、国際連携業務にも携わります。
What you will do
1. Occupational Health & Safety Administration
- Plan, coordinate, and administer annual health check-ups
- Prepare reports based on health check results and submit to the Labor Standards Inspection Office
- Support the operation of the Health & Safety Committee, including preparing and maintaining meeting minutes
- Manage workers’ compensation cases, including application and follow-up
- Arrange and coordinate industrial physician consultations
2. Benefits Administration
- Manage and renew group insurance policies
- Administer employee benefit programs and respond to related inquiries
- Manage commuting allowance processes, including verification and data updates
3. HR Data Management & Reporting
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze HR-related data
- Update and manage employee records for new hires and leavers
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data systems
- Prepare and submit reports to global headquarters (UK)
4. Employee Support & HR Operations
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Manage HR general inquiry channels, including main HR phone line
- Provide administrative support for various HR processes and internal coordination

2. 福利厚生管理
- 団体保険の契約更新および運用管理
- 福利厚生制度の運用・社員への案内・問い合わせ対応
- 通勤費の管理(申請内容の確認、支給管理、データ更新)
3. 人事データ・レポーティング
- 人事関連データの作成・集計・分析
- 新入社員および退職者に関するデータ更新およびシステム登録
- 人事情報の正確性維持およびデータ管理
- グローバル本社(UK)への各種レポート作成および提出
4. 社員対応・HRオペレーション
- 社員からの問い合わせ対応(福利厚生、安全衛生、人事手続き等)
- 人事代表電話の応対および適切な窓口への取り次ぎ
- 各種人事手続きのサポートおよび社内調整業務
What we're looking for
Must Haves
- Business level in Japanese
- 2+ years of experience in HR or general administration
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Might Haves
- Experience in occupational health & safety or benefits administration
- Experience managing health check-ups or workers’ compensation cases
- Experience working in a global environment
- Business-level English skills (for reporting and communication)
- Experience using HR systems (HRIS)
