Rehab Director - PT or PTA - Full Time

A full-time REHAB DIRECTOR (Phystial Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department located in Holden, MA. Must have 3 years expereince as a treating clinician.

Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is a 123 bed nursing facility providing long term skilled care and short term rehab services. Holden Rehab is newly renovated and has grown to accommodate many needs with state of the art equipment and mostly private accommodations. Within Holden's new building there are three distinct neighborhoods; short stay, long term and Wachusett Respiratory Care Unit. Each neighborhood has an activity area, family meeting spaces, outdoor courtyards and dining areas with country kitchens. The Town Square is home to our Hair Salon, Consultation Office, and Coffee Shop.
