We embrace all candidates that will contribute to the diversification and enrichment of ideas and perspectives at AHEAD.
The Microsoft Partner Program Specialist is a member of AHEAD’s Cloud Alliances team, responsible for supporting and strengthening AHEAD’s strategic partnership with Microsoft. This role focuses on the operational execution and ongoing management of partner programs, ensuring alignment with Microsoft requirements while enabling successful collaboration across the business. The Microsoft partnership spans multiple practices at AHEAD—including AI & Cloud, Modern Work, and Security—and this position plays an important role in supporting those teams through effective program coordination, reporting, and compliance.
Working closely with the Microsoft Partner Account Manager, the Microsoft Partner Program Specialist helps drive overall program success by managing core partner activities, supporting funding and incentive programs, maintaining accurate partner data, and contributing to regular reporting on partnership health and performance. The role serves as a central point of coordination between internal stakeholders, Microsoft, and external partners, ensuring partner processes are executed consistently and that AHEAD maximizes the value of its Microsoft relationship. Through strong operational discipline and cross‑functional collaboration, this position helps support growth, alignment, and long‑term success within one of AHEAD’s most strategic partnerships.
