THE ROLE
The CDP Platform Analyst helps ensure Everpure’s customer and account data is accurate, trusted, and ready for activation across Hightouch, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Marketo. In this role, you’ll strengthen the reliability of the data foundation that powers marketing, sales, analytics, and AI use cases. You’ll partner across Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Engineering, and Analytics to improve platform health, resolve data issues at the source, and increase confidence in how customer data is governed and used across the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Improve the reliability of Everpure’s customer data platform by supporting Hightouch administration, validating data synchronization across Snowflake, Salesforce, and Marketo, and monitoring audience, identity resolution, and activation workflows to keep downstream processes running smoothly.
- Build and scale SQL-based data quality checks that validate record counts, field completeness, attribute consistency, data freshness, segment membership, and sync accuracy across systems, enabling earlier detection of issues before they affect campaigns, lead routing, or reporting.
- Investigate data discrepancies across Hightouch, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Marketo, identify root causes, and drive remediation with cross-functional partners to improve data accuracy, usability, and trust.
- Define and operationalize data governance standards, including data definitions, metadata standards, business rules, naming conventions, and taxonomy practices that create a more consistent and scalable customer data foundation for marketing and revenue teams.
- Partner with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Analytics, and Data Engineering teams to improve observability, monitoring, and alerting for schema changes, missing data, failed syncs, duplicate records, and unexpected volume shifts.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong SQL skills and the ability to use data to identify issues, validate assumptions, and improve the quality and reliability of customer and account data across complex systems.
- Experience working with customer data platforms, marketing technology ecosystems, or data operations environments where accuracy, reconciliation, and cross-system consistency are critical to business outcomes.
- The ability to translate data quality issues into clear actions, partner effectively across technical and business teams, and drive process improvements that strengthen trust in shared data assets.
- Familiarity with platforms and concepts such as Hightouch, Snowflake, Salesforce, Marketo, dbt, APIs, data integrations, metadata management, identity resolution, Customer 360 architectures, and enterprise data governance practices.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
