Manager, UX Content Design

- Provide feedback and guidance on design work, interpersonal dynamics, and career growth.- Develop trusted relationships and gain a deep understanding of the product spaces you support.- Attend product and UX meetings related to your areas of responsibility.- Review design work both asynchronously and in design reviews, pinups, and critique sessions.- Contribute to the growth, culture, vision, and health of the Content Design group.- Present design work, visions, findings, etc., to leadership and coach team members on the same.
