POSITION SUMMARY Under the direction of the Director of Restaurant Operations, the F&B Assistant Manager provides hands-on, front-of-house operational support across designated restaurant outlets, including Three Peaks, Sports Grill, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), and Cayuse Kapi.
