A successful Associate IT Projects Manager shall assist various IT projects, ensuring the integrity, security, and high availability for all IT Operations services for their locations and/or projects. Executes excellent organizational tasks, possessing the ability to prioritize and follow up on open issues and projects with a sense of urgency. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of computers, mobile devices, GPS handheld devices, satellite internet devices, and other information systems; proficient in the use of word processing applications, project management software, ArcGIS, spreadsheet software with emphasis on Microsoft and/or Google; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; must have the ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data for documentation purposes.

What you’ll do
- Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees of an assigned area, department, or project.
- Assist in office setups regarding network infrastructure, cabling, and security camera systems.
- Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project.
- Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project.
- Additional Duties as assigned.
What you’ll need
- Associate’s degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience.
- A high degree of professionalism, analytical skills, and excellent note-taking skills.
- Technically driven and adaptive; A self-starter with an out-of-the-box thinking mentality
- Knowledge of programing and developing language.
- Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
