Job Description
- Performs physical inspections of the complex to insure fire code compliance.
- Responsible for writing and following up to completion of maintenance requests regarding compliance with fire codes and safety hazards.
- Acts as a liaison with Atlantic City Fire Department.
- Investigates all fire alarms received through the computer or by phone.
- Coordinates technical inspections with various departments and outside vendors, contractors and Atlantic City Fire Department.
- Reviews and oversees all convention floor plans to insure compliance with the Atlantic City Fire Prevention Bureau.
- Provides Family Style Service at all times.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
$21.00 Per Hour
High school diploma required.
Fire Command Center operations or Fire Service experience preferred.
Must be able to obtain and maintain certification in Simplex/Grinnell Fire Safety System.
Fire Inspector certification is a plus.
Must have ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be detail oriented and organized.
Must follow customer service standards of the department.
Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act, as well as company and internal controls, policies and procedures.
CER License is Required
