Responsibilities:
- Utilize internet-generated leads to make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Engage new and existing customers in conversations, introducing them to GEICO's insurance products.
- Triage inbound calls to get the customer to the right person.
- Spark interest in speaking further with our insurance agents to discuss personalized quotes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with customers.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
