Job Description

Overview The Branch Office Clerk performs a combination of clerical and accounting duties including daily invoice reconciliation, scanning and research of invoices. Also, the Branch Clerk performs assigned customer service functions to ensure superior customer service to all external and internal customers.   Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily reconciliation and cleanup of driver bag invoices
  • Responsible for balancing and applying payment for driver bag invoices
  • Research and resolve missing invoice report on daily basis for driver invoices
  • Responsible for scanning of all daily invoices and credits
  • Support and backup receptionist in regard to answering phones for breaks and lunch
  • Perform other jobs
