Job Description

What you’ll do:
- Manage the members of production planning team. Lead team get success in fulfilling order, leveling the production capacity, and optimizing the inventory level. Report to material manager, and assist manager achieving daily operation excellence.
- Drive team to achieving KPI
- Provides feedback and coaching to team members
- Plan for long term production capacity
- Maintain MPS(master production schedule)
- Leading the monthly SIOP supply review
- Control appropriate DOH for WIP, finished products and semi-finished products
- Develop CI project and CI competency
- Support NPI project
- Report daily and monthly operation
- Check business process &result for order management and shop floor control
- ECN management and implementation"
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- Familiar with ERP system, 6~10 years planning management experience
- Capable to develop and implement a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Master Schedule, Risk Analysis assessment and Change Management procedure.
- Solid knowledge of ERP system, PTP and RTC module of SAP, production planning of long term and short term, inventory management. "
- Skillful English listening, speaking, reading and writing.Strong time management skills utilizing time effectively.Excellent presentation and communication skills.
