Surgical Technologist Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shifts (No On-Call) Position Summary The Surgical Technologist, also known as a Surgical Tech, Scrub Tech, or Operating Room Technician, assists in surgical procedures under the direct supervision of a physician and/or registered nurse. As a key member of the operating room team, the Surgical Technologist works collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and circulating nurses to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
