About this Position
We are looking for a New Business Operations Processor to join our New Business department.This posting reflects an existing vacancy within the organization.
Salary range: $38,000 - $41,000
Responsibilities and Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Logging and mailing of Life Insurance Replacement Declaration forms
- Batching of life applications and child rider conversions for imaging
- Log and mail replacement forms (Primerica Replacement)
- Processing Accounting transactions
- Updating client information such as banking details and address changes
- Maintain and report on declined policies list
- Manage monthly suspense accounts
- Running various reports (C Negative) and resolving the issues identified in the reports
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of High School or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through related work experience
- Minimum 1 year office experience would be an asset
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting would be an asset
- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent data entry skills
- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Quick learner and ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel)
