As an Associate Industrial Engineer, you will join our team in an entry-level professional capacity, providing a strong foundation for a career in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. • Support Process Improvement: Assist in high-impact projects by conducting time studies, creating detailed process maps, and collecting critical production data.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and compile manufacturing data to help identify waste and uncover opportunities for improvement across the production line.
• Implement Lean Methodologies: Support the hands-on implementation of Lean tools—such as 5S, standard work, and visual management—under the mentorship and guidance of senior engineers.
• Maintain Operational Documentation: Help develop, update, and maintain technical documentation for both new and existing manufacturing processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Collaborate for Efficiency: Work under direct supervision to apply basic industrial engineering concepts that drive operational excellence and team productivity.

• Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and a passion for data-driven problem-solving.
• Core Knowledge: A basic understanding of manufacturing principles and a strong interest in process improvement and Lean methodologies.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular strength in using Excel for data compilation and analysis.
• Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude toward professional growth, with the ability to follow technical direction and work effectively in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
