Assembly Team Lead (Retro)

In this highly visible position, an ideal candidate will demonstrate previous success in meeting or exceeding production schedules while focusing on Safety, Quality, Cost Control, Delivery Requirements and Employee Development. As a key member of the leadership team that champions lean manufacturing strategies, candidates will participate in continuous process improvement and quality enhancement and be responsible for 5-7 direct reports.
