Job Description

Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to:

  • Delivers and describes all food items to guests, in a timely manner.
  • Performs table maintenance and bussing of excess tableware.
  • Maintain general cleanliness of all venue areas throughout service.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of all food menus, beverage menu and venue seating.
  • Complies with Southern Nevada Health Department Standards.
  • Properly sets-up runner's station, performs side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
  • Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to:

  • Must be able to move quickly.
  • Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards.
  • Must be effective as part of a team; ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment.
  • Ability to comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (MSDS) and other instructions.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year pool resort experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to obtain the following:
  • Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Food Handling Card

  • How is work typically performed? Must be able to stand for long periods.
  • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions.
  • Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality.
  • Prolonged sitting/standing.
  • Bending and reaching.
  • Transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting and maneuvering items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Eye/hand coordination.
  • Ability to comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (SDS) and other instructions.
