Epic Analyst

Baylor Genetics is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Epic Bridges Analyst to join our Epic Integrations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting interfaces between the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system and various external and internal systems. This role is critical to ensuring seamless data exchange across the organization and with our healthcare partners, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Success in this role requires a strong understanding of Epic Bridges, clinical workflows, a pragmatic and user-centered mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver incremental but meaningful improvements.
