Psychiatric Care Coordinator - Psychiatric CSU - FT - 1st Shift

Responsible for conducting Psychosocial Assessments, group therapies, and other classes, teach group skills to unit staff (as needed); incorporate knowledge in identifying patients’ needs in developing and implementing multi-disciplinary treatment plans. Coordinates patient’s stay from admission to discharge through collaboration with physicians, nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to enhance continuity of patient care, promote cost utilization of resources and enhance patient, nurse and physician satisfaction.
