Role: Senior Designer

Job Description

· Minimum 7 years of experience in both graphic design and front-end development, preferably in building ecommerce or mobile-centric applications

· Extensive experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

· Strong command of front-end scripting and CSS-based design: HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery proficiency a plus

· In-depth understanding of common web and mobile UI best practices, emerging trends and technologies

· Excellent communication skills - you should be able to clearly articulate your ideas in a way that resonates with your team and other departments, while being receptive to feedback and direction

· Excellent creativity and collaboration - ability to brainstorm, share your design perspective, work across teams, and bring an idea to life

· Have both the innate ability to think strategically and influence others as well as the ability to maintain focus and momentum in the midst of chaos. You are able to juggle multiple projects while effectively manage timelines and expectations.

· Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, attentive to deadlines, details, organization, and an effective time manager
