1. What are we looking for?
Appian Developer
We are looking for an Appian Developer to join a process automation team, supporting the development and maintenance of applications within the Appian platform.
Your main responsibilities:
- Support the development of processes in Appian, including business rules, expressions, basic interfaces, and forms.
- Perform adjustments to existing components based on technical team guidance.
- Execute basic functional tests and validate acceptance criteria with team support.
- Document developed components clearly and accurately.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily meetings, refinements, retrospectives).
- Continuously engage in training to increase technical autonomy.
Academic Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- Previous experience in Appian development.
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the Appian platform, including processes, interfaces, and expressions.
- Solid understanding of logical development or structured programming.
- Ability to follow established development best practices.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Postman.
- Basic SQL query handling.
Soft Skills:

- Collaboration skills and ability to work in team environments.
- Attention to detail.
