Job Description & Skills Required:

Project implementation, testing, creating user test cases, test result analysis/troubleshooting.
Facets knowledge specific to enrollment and billing.
Knowledge of electronic data transfers (i.e. 834, 820's.)
Testing quoting and enrollment tools specific to benefits and rate updates and any new user interface functionality
Testing upgrades to Facets billing/enrollment automation related to terminations and reinstatements.
