We are hiring a Product Owner to drive the TI Platform execution work, with a focus on data and third-party integration to enhance overall platform capabilities. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and collaborate with engineering, and stakeholders to deliver seamless integrations that support Flexera’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
TI Platform Data Model and Key Service Development:
Define and prioritize the product backlog for TI Platform, focusing on data and third-party integration to streamline our overall roadmap.
Collaborate with engineering to design and implement API and AI-first solutions, ensuring compatibility with Flexera One.
Drive integration with internal products (e.g., IT Visibility dashboards, CCO, ITAM, etc systems) to enhance data flows and analytics.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as the primary liaison between Product Management, engineering, and internal teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) to maintain momentum post our recent Itasca workshop.
Translate business needs into technical requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
Adoption and Continuous Improvement:
Drive adoption of platform services across internal teams, targeting 90% adoption within six months.
Gather feedback from stakeholders to iterate on connector features, ensuring they deliver measurable value (e.g., improved cost tracking).
Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years as a Product Owner in a technical integration role.
Proven expertise in API and AI-first integrations
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing backlogs, and working with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Data Model, Lakehouse, and Data product knowledge
Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field;
