Temporary Senior Commerce Editor

Hearst Magazines’ Commerce Team is looking for a Temporary Senior Commerce Editor to edit fashion, beauty, and lifestyle shopping content across our portfolio of brands, including Cosmopolitan, ELLE, Esquire, Good Housekeeping, Country Living, and more.
The team is collaborative and strategy-driven, requiring a sharp editorial eye, strong packaging instincts, and an understanding of commerce strategy across platforms. The ideal candidate is trend-obsessed, data-informed, and has experience with top editing writers who produce engaging shopping content that drives affiliate revenue.
Scope of work: 20 hours/week through mid-December 2026. The base salary for this role is between $50/hr.
