As Checkout.com grows, we are seeking a driven and adaptable Senior Analyst – Revenue, Billing & Collections to join the Revenue and Billing Team within the Finance organization. This role will support core operational activities across billing, accounts receivable, collections, dunning, reconciliations, and cash application, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strengthening our Finance Operations function, improving process efficiency, supporting automation initiatives, and driving operational excellence through the use of modern technologies and AI-enabled tools.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and polyvalent individual who is comfortable working across multiple finance operational areas in a fast-paced environment.


How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Support day-to-day (BAU) finance operations across Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Dunning, and Reconciliations.

  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-up, and collection activities.

  • Manage dunning and collection activities, including customer communication, escalation management, and payment tracking.

  • Analyse and reconcile financial data from multiple systems to identify discrepancies, control gaps, and reconciliation breaks.

  • Collaborate with Billing, Revenue, Product Control, Treasury, and other Finance teams to investigate and resolve operational issues.

  • Assist in maintaining accurate balance sheet reconciliations and financial records.

  • Support accounts receivable activities including cash allocation, dispute management, and unapplied cash investigations.

  • Continuously improve data integrity, controls, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

  • Contribute to process optimisation, automation initiatives, and operational improvement projects.

  • Leverage AI tools and digital solutions to improve productivity, reporting, analysis, workflow efficiency, and operational controls.

  • Participate in project work and product development initiatives across the Finance organization.

  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

  • What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Dunning, or Reconciliations.

  • Strong understanding of finance operational processes and customer account management.

  • Ability to work across multiple operational areas with flexibility and adaptability.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, data analysis, and ERP systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.

  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

  • Comfortable handling large datasets and investigating financial discrepancies.

  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

  • Fast learner with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

  • Interest in process improvement, automation, and the use of AI tools within Finance Operations.

  • Experience within Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services is an advantage.
