Salary: $77,100.21 - $104,312.32 per year

How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Unit & Staff Leadership: Manage daily workflows, nursing resources, and the complete talent lifecycle (hiring, training, and evaluating) for assigned units.
  • Patient Safety & Care Quality: Resolve operational issues affecting care delivery and mitigate safety hazards to guarantee a secure, high-quality resident environment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure total alignment with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Budgetary Oversight: Monitor expenditures, approve purchases, and manage the unit budget to ensure strict compliance with financial guidelines.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Required Credential(s):
    • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
    • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative
    leadership experience required.
