Performs complex, diverse, and confidential administrative support duties for the behavioral health department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, coordinating of services such as psychological evaluation, psychotherapy, and transfers between services. Frequently contacts patients to coordinate scheduling of the correct service. Completes special projects as assigned. Provides other support to staff within the department as requested.Education Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
1 year office experience.
Proficient and comprehensive skills in personal computer software systems and applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and databases (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
