Experience
- 3 years of healthcare experience required.
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence required.
- Experience with Databricks, Azure Synapse, SQL, and advanced Microsoft Excel required.
- Experience with PowerBI and Tableau preferred.
- Experience working with pharmacy claims data including familiarity with the NCPDP post adjudication layout, pharmacy pricing, reimbursement methodologies, or pharmacy financial operations required.
- Experience supporting IT projects, system implementations, creating project plans, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case development, root cause analysis, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration required.
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$91,416.00-$152,380.80. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
