Job Description
The Local Strategic Buyer is responsible for developing and implementing local and global procurement strategies for an assigned manufacturing facility. The individual will build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to assure sustained supplier performance and inventory availability. They will analyze the procurement market, select and evaluate suppliers, and negotiating contracts to optimize procurement costs and ensuring supply security.
