How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Administer targeted radiation therapy by expertly exposing specific areas of the patient's body to prescribed doses of radiation.
• Manage advanced technology by operating, maintaining, and adjusting essential equipment, including the linear accelerator, to guarantee optimal function and safety.
• Ensure documentation integrity by maintaining detailed records of all therapy sessions.
• Uphold strict quality standards through the prompt submission of high-quality images and documents.
• Guarantee regulatory compliance by ensuring all professional activities meet or exceed regulatory agency standards.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Florida Radiologic Technology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiation Therapy credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
  degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• 1 year of experience.
