
Manager, High Net Worth and Health Underwriting
Job Description
This job is responsible for assisting in case underwriting for HNW business and Individual Health business, underwriting projects, who is service focused with good communication and underwriting skills
The primary duties and responsibilities are: Responsible for doing underwriting for High Net Worth and Individual Health cases including but not limited to alpha search, administration, assessment for residential, financial, medical risks, AML risk: SOW / SOF, etc
Responsible for maintaining service turnaround time to ensure that it falls within company service standard
Responsible for referring underwriting cases to senior underwriter when cases are over his / her authority
Work closely with case managers to provide excellent service to sale and distribution channels Responsible for assisting in underwriting projects, Bermuda project, etc
Responsible for assisting in underwriting system development and enhancement, e.g
UAT Experience & Qualifications: Academic Qualification Required: Hold a university degree or above Knowledge Required: • Experience in Life and Health underwriting • Experience in working with brokers/agents • Experience in assisting projects • Excellent written and communication skills – English, Cantonese Competencies Required • Result orientated, • Self-motivated, • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners, • Desired to learn and grow, Years of Experience Required: At least 10 years of underwriting experience, underwriting experience in HNW UW, esp
