Senior Product Designer

You will be responsible for shaping end-to-end user experiences across global payroll, compliance, and workforce management products used by distributed organizations. The work requires bringing clarity and consistency to highly data-dense, operational workflows while ensuring a high bar for usability, accessibility, and visual quality. You will lead design direction through research, systems thinking, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams. As a player-coach, you will also mentor designers while actively contributing to critical design work. This is a role for someone who thrives in building structure in complex systems and influencing product direction through strong design leadership. You will define how global users experience a platform that directly impacts how companies pay and manage their workforce.
