Job Description Summary:
This senior procurement role is a key member of the Global Indirect Procurement leadership team and leads a team of Global Procurement professionals responsible to optimize the company’s IT $1 B spend. The position oversees category strategy development and execution, strategic sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and supplier relationship management for IT products and services. It also serves as a trusted advisor to business partners and contributes to strategy and policy guidance to ensure the cost-effective flow of IT products and services across the organization. In addition, the role manages relationships with strategic IT suppliers to secure favorable terms, mitigate risk, and identify innovations that support business objectives. Recognized as an expert both internally and externally, this leader partners with senior IT executives to evaluate new supplier and technology requests, recommend approvals or rejections, and continuously refine IT procurement strategies. The role is responsible for delivering value, optimizing costs, maintaining supplier quality and compliance, managing supply risk, shaping policy recommendations, fostering innovation, and aligning procurement strategies with broader business goals. It is also accountable for building team culture and developing talent of 6 team members.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is strategically focused on determining and implementing the correct category strategy and sourcing strategies for multiple global IT categories by utilizing the marketplace to support business requirements. In addition, the role must create and implement the optimal negotiation strategies to finalize complex agreements with IT suppliers to meet our business and legal requirements. The key goals are to deliver value and manage risk with the ideal supply solutions for each IT related category.

Build alignment with internal business partners concerning sourcing strategies and procurement process for products & services to identify business needs and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Influence, align, and support key business partners (e.g., senior management of the Coca-Cola Company, Operating Unit Stakeholders, Bottlers, Suppliers) with global & regional category strategies by clearly demonstrating the value and linkage to their business plan goals and objectives.
Lead Supplier Relationship Management partnerships with global IT suppliers that generate business specific objectives, address critical supply issues, and execute against objectives to generate shared value between organizations.
Manage the culture and development of a global procurement team that supports global IT functions.
Education Requirement & Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
15 years related Procurement work experience
IT procurement experience required includes leading IT RFPs and negotiations and executing agreements.
Internal stakeholder management & ability to influence
Supplier negotiation experience at executive level
Functional Skills:
The experience and ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex IT category strategy development and strategic sourcing initiatives is required.
Preferred experience and understanding of the Coca-Cola system including bottler relationships.
Effective communication, emotional intelligence, and presentation skills.
Relationship management abilities including stakeholder collaboration / alignment and ability to interact with the most senior leaders of large global suppliers.
Strong people skills: ability to develop/maintain productive business relationships and persuade/influence directly and indirectly.
Strong stakeholder and supplier relationship building and management.
Leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience
Courageous leadership to translate complex business issues into simple solutions.
Must possess the ability to seek alternatives and recommend best solutions that gain all parties support and lead to win-win results.

United States of America: 181,000 USD - 221,000 USDBase pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
