Planner IV

The Planner IV role at UCT is responsible for developing and executing production plans that align with customer demand and operational targets. This position manages work order release and closure, monitors build progress, and ensures shipment commitments are met. It proactively identifies risks, implements mitigation strategies, and maintains WIP and inventory levels per KPI requirements. Acting as the production representative for engineering changes, the Planner IV coordinates closely with materials, operations, and cross-functional teams to secure parts availability and optimize schedules. Through strong planning, communication, and problem-solving, this role drives operational excellence and supports UCT’s leadership in the semiconductor industry.
