What you will do:
The Product Manager, APAC HVAC Service is accountable for innovation, development, and management of service products within the HVAC domain in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. This role operationalizes global service platforms within the region and is responsible for building and managing region-specific service products using the Rapid Closed Loop (RCLP) new service design process. This role sits within the Global Service Product Management organization and is a key partner to the APAC domain and leadership teams.
How you will do it:
Owns KPIs for an assigned service product portfolio
Operationalizes service platforms from global team
Builds and launches region‑specific service offerings as needed, in alignment with global standards
Serves as domain service subject-matter expert (SME)
Participates in problem-solving, kaizen, and VSM events
Represents regional field and customer voice to global team
Success Measures
Supports region domain service P&L performance, including revenue growth and margin expansion
Delivers on-performance new service introduction (NSI)
Improves service attach/linkage rates across the portfolio
Increases premium (full coverage) service mix
Drives growth in connected assets
What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree required
10-15 years’ experience in service product management, service operations, service commercial enablement, or product lifecycle management
Strong cross-functional leadership skills
Travel 10-25% of the time
