Key Roles & Responsibilities: What are the core elements of the job duties, the primary day-to-day responsibilities & activities

  • QSR new products risk assessment in GF form
  • QSR new products risk assessment in customer form
  • Combine new products risk asseement information of each function, fine tune and coordinate review with customer and internal stakeholders
  • As window to customer, lead new product talk regarding QA part to customers
  • Digest and understand customer requirement in QA part, cascade down to internal and do trainings accordingly
  • Coodinate all NPD documentation including but not limit to risk assessment, QAP, process chart, trial run/mass production run report etc, align with internally and externally
  • Coordinate trialr run/mass production report and data analysis
  • Involve in customer product approval process
  • Lead regular new product Quality performance review Support food manufactuer, retail chanel new product quality assurance
  • Support Griffith China monthly quality reporting

Functional Knowledge:  Describe breadth and depth of knowledge of functional work and activities required

  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree required
  • Minimum 10 years quality management related experience in the food industry, preferred experience in new product development with quality background
  • Multinational background is preferred
  • Familiar with QSR (Yum, McDonald’s, Starbucks, BK) new product development system and quality management system
  • Individual must have professional and effective communication skills.
  • Fluent English and Chinese in oral and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office Skills, such as Word and Excel.
  • Analytical skills.
