Pay Range
$54.90 - $82.35Major Responsibilities:
- System Support and Troubleshooting
- Oversee day-to-day support for ERP/WMS and ancillary systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Optimization Initiatives
- Identify and implement system enhancements, automation opportunities, and workflow improvements.
- Release Management
- For Workday and other major technologies, create and manage a robust process for evaluation and decision making around opt-in functionality. Work with key stakeholders to evaluate and roll out new functionality.
- Knowledge Center Management
- Maintain documentation of ERP configurations, decisions, and best practices for easy reference.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track system performance metrics and user feedback; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Training and User Enablement
- Develop and deliver training programs for existing users to maximize system utilization. Responsible for all supply chain user security.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with IT and Supply Chain leadership to align optimization efforts with enterprise goals.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
- None required
Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Work Experience Required:
- 5+ years in ERP/WMS support and optimization roles within a healthcare environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Strong background in supporting major ERP systems like Workday, Oracle, Lawson/Infor, Peoplesoft, etc.
- Expert level knowledge of healthcare supply chain ERP systems and processes.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of acting as liaison and consultant between Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and other key stakeholders in the healthcare supply chain systems ecosystem.
- Intermediate proficiency in database languages and Excel.
Preferred Job Requirements
Preferred Certification/License/Registration
- Certified Materials Resource Planner (CMRP) preferred.
Preferred Education
- Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) strongly preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Expert level knowledge of Workday in a healthcare supply chain setting.
- Experience in implementing Workday in a healthcare supply chain setting.
- Previous consulting experience in ERP support and implementation.
