Manager, Business Operations - Internal Only

- Manage daily operations of the CS Partner Program and vendor relationships.- Collect, analyze, and prioritize partner feedback to identify improvement opportunities.- Manage feedback loops, ensuring issues are tracked, resolved, and communicated to Sales & CS teams.- Oversee QA Specialists. Monitor QA results, KPIs, and vendor performance; drive corrective actions as needed.- Facilitate regular reviews with vendors to align on performance, quality, and strategic priorities.- Develop reporting and insights to inform CS vendor support decision-making and program improvements.
