What does your workday look like?
- You are the first point of contact for the riders
- You will ensure our hospitality and services are of the highest standard
- You are responsible for the health and safety in the studio and will make sure all hygiene standards are met
- You will oversee all daily and monthly tasks in operations, sales and administration
- You are able to show leadership skills and provide feedback to other team members
- You form relationships with the riders and help build Rocycle’s community
Furthermore:
- You attend quarterly meetings and group trainings
- You are aware of all operational procedures and know how to handle maintenance issues
- Your working schedule can be from Monday till Sunday between half-an-hour before and half-an-hour after studio opening hours
